Thank you for your interest in the 2020-2021 Apprenticeship Training Program. Classes start mid- September and run through April.

Apprentice applications are no longer being accepted for the 2020-2021 year.

Tuition for the program is $2,800.00 per school year. ($50.00 application fee, $2,750.00 tuition)

Discounted tuition of $2,000.00 per school year is offered for students that are working for members of HACC. ($50.00 application fee, $1,950.00 tuition fee)

Tuition must be paid in full by August 28th. Today you must make a minimum application payment of $50.00 or you can submit payment in full.

Students are required to have a tablet or a laptop for class.

• Macintosh – macOS 10.13, 10.12 / OS X 10.10 -10.11 (High Sierra, Sierra, Yosemite, El Capitan)
• Chrome – Chrome OS

Hardware Requirements

• Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768
• Minimum: Intel® or AMD® CPU at 1.8 GHz or better / 1 GB of RAM
• Recommended: Intel® CPU at 2.0 GHz or better / 4 to 8 GB of RAM

The following items must be submitted with your application if applying as a Registered Apprentice. Students who are auditing the program need only submit the application.

• A copy of the applicant’s Maryland State HVACR apprentice license.


• If you do not already have this you can apply for your license with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.


• A doctor’s letter showing that the applicant is physically able to do work in the HVACR industry.


• A copy of applicant’s high school diploma or transcript of last grade completed.


• A copy of your Driver’s License


• Written recommendation letters from three (3) acquaintances. We prefer that only one of these is from a family member.
  

After applying online, you can upload these documents or mail them to our office. Your application is not complete until we receive these documents.

After completing the application, you will be redirected to the online store, where you can choose to pay only the $50 registration fee, or registration fee and tuition. You may also opt to mail your payment and required documents to:
