Training

My name is Charles Hayden, and this is my 9th year as a member of the HACC of MD Board. I currently sit as a board member and Chair of the Education Committee.

Training is a huge priority for our organization. We offer a series of classes annually to help our members train their employees. These classes working in parallel with our Apprenticeship Program allow our members to help train their employees. Our Association produces some of today’s top QUALITY service/installation technicians. This series of classes is designed for the continuing education of service technicians and managers.

Check this page and our training calendar to determine when trainings have been scheduled. If you are interested in a training that you don’t see here please let us know.
