Insurance is a part of HVAC businesses. Whether business owners like it or not. On their income statement it is a liability. Matt Stangle, VP at Insurance Force, would like to show HVAC business owners how to reduce that liability.

Matt has been in the insurance industry for 15 years, 10 years at Insurance Force. He has been a board member of HACC for 9 years. He has written several articles for HVAC trade magazines. He has been recognized by the National Safety Council for his innovative approach to insurance through safety awareness. Matt will pull back the curtain on the insurance industry and explain what they care about and pay attention to, to help position HVAC companies as a desired client to the insurance carriers, who are then more willing to aggressively compete.

Sealed is also building a new offering for contractors to take full advantage of the Inflation Reduction Act home energy rebates. Pete Wilson leads the Construction Operations division of Sealed, specifically focused on contractor partnerships. Pete has led construction operations in solar and residential services over the past ten years.
